The Process Explained:

Familiarisation
First we will sit down with you to discuss every aspect of your business, from how the current solutions are managing or failing to reach your required goals to how you currently communicate with your customers. This will be an in depth analysis which will allow us to design and develop and in house solution that will not only give your business a professional look and feel, but will also help make the everyday running of your business more efficient and cost effective.

Concept Development
After we have fully familiarised ourselves with the everyday running and requirements of your business we will then proceed to conceptually develop a web solution that will meet every aspect of your business perfectly, that will also be user friendly. During this development stage ideas will be bounced back and fourth until the perfect solution is found.

Specification Development
Once the concept has been finalised a full specification will be realized. This specification will then be handed to our in house developers who will help refine the specification and ensure that it can be developed to a final solution and that there are no obvious underlying problems. Once a final specification has been developed it will be sent to you, so it can be officially approved.

Development
After the specification is approved our developers will start developing every aspect of the specification. This process is done to ensure problems are not encountered further down the line and to ensure the designed web solution is as efficient as possible.

Programming
Once the system has been fully developed it will be handed over to our in house programmers, who will produce the final product exactly to the specification.

Testing
A full test will then be conducted on the final product to ensure it meets and exceeds the final specification and Senopsis’s extremely high standards.

Implementation
After testing you will be given a full demonstration of your new system for approval. Once it has been approved we will proceed to implement your new system. It can either be implemented on your server or on our servers, with one of our hosting packages.
